Booking

Your place is confirmed once the €500 deposit is received. The balance can be paid in two instalments, or in one at the latest 30 days before departure. The group is limited to 6 participants (3 minimum to confirm a session): places are allocated in the order deposits arrive.

If you cancel

+ 90 days

Deposit transferable to another session, or refunded at 50%.

90 — 30 days

Deposit retained, balance not due. Transfer possible if another participant takes the place.

- 30 days

The full stay is due. Check the coverage and exclusions of your cancellation insurance.

If I cancel

Should the retreat be cancelled (fewer than 3 participants registered, force majeure), everything you have paid is refunded within 14 days. Travel costs remain yours: hence the insurance.

Scope of the programme

SUKHA is an experience of wellbeing, education, yoga, Ayurveda and introspection. It is neither a medical act nor psychotherapy, and it replaces no treatment or care you are currently receiving. The reflection sessions offered at the start and end of the stay are a matter of personal experience and have no diagnostic value. In case of illness, pregnancy or ongoing treatment, ask your doctor before registering. The same frame applies to remote 1:1 guidance: two calls, voice notes, a practice at home — not therapy.

Privacy

Submitted information is used to prepare your enquiry, stay or profile email. It is processed by Marine and the technical providers needed to transmit it. It is not sold. To request deletion, email contact@sukha-retreat.com.
